We currently provide Employee Assistance services to more than 4,000 employees and their families. While most of our work is in New England, we have the capacity and the resources to serve employers throughout the United States. Dennis R. Casey, MA, CEAP
Dennis R. Casey, MA, CEAP founded Casey & Associates in 1994. He brings over 30 years of clinical practice and program management experience to the business. He held senior leadership positions in several healthcare organizations before creating Casey & Associates. Dennis holds clinical licenses in mental health and addictions treatment and is an internationally certified employee assistance professional. He is also certified in the use of several instruments to assess and develop emotional intelligence.
The creation of Casey & Associates and later, WorkingWell Employee Assistance, has allowed Dennis to focus on what he is really passionate about, helping employers and their employees get the most from their work together. He views the employer/employee partnership as critical to the success of any business and has helped countless businesses improve those relationships. This work includes implementing EAP programs, designing leadership development strategies and responding to critical events such as downsizing, reorganizations and unexpected tragedies.
